Welcome to Adsor, a platform that enables publishers to manage, display, and monetize ad inventory. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Adsor platform ("Service") provided by Armia Systems, Inc. ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using Adsor, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use the platform.

2. Account Registration

To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3. Publisher Responsibilities

  • You agree to comply with applicable advertising laws and not serve ads that are misleading, illegal, or offensive.
  • You may only use ad spaces on websites or apps you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Adsor provides the tools to generate code snippets. You must properly place them within your website's code.

4. Ad Content

You are responsible for the ad creatives you upload or display. If advertisers use the platform via your "Advertise With Us" page, you must ensure compliance with your own content standards and local laws.

5. Payment and Revenue

  • You are responsible for setting your pricing, unless integrated with third-party ad networks.
  • Adsor is not responsible for transactions made directly between you and third-party advertisers unless facilitated through a built-in payment integration.
  • Any applicable fees will be outlined in your dashboard.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content (excluding your uploaded ads and content) remains the intellectual property of Adsor and its parent company, Armia Systems.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt Adsor.
  • Mislead users with fake ad placements.
  • Violate copyright or intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these terms or unlawful use of the service.

9. Disclaimer

The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee ad revenue, uptime, or performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adsor and Armia Systems are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the new terms.
